The band is formed of a group of super experienced musicians. Between them they have won various competitions, played in the pits of various local shows and productions, played for various corporate clients such as ARM and Rolex and you may even have heard our trumpeters playing on various TV shows such as BBC’s Antiques Road Trip and Channel 5’s The Hotel Inspector!
Their members don’t only play though! As well as making a living playing and composing music, some have ‘real’ jobs such as being a postie & working in the Big Smoke! A few of them are teachers and although the style of music they play links nicely to their name, that is actually the real reason they are called OLD SKOOL!
You can expect to hear OLD SKOOL performing lots of funk, disco, soul, motown and RnB songs so make sure you get your dancing shoes at the ready!
