Sponsorship Packages NOW available

Our not-for-profit music festival will be staged on the Recreation Ground in Dunmow for the third year running, on Saturday 24 June 2023.

We would be delighted to give you the opportunity to sponsor this expanding event which is becoming a firmly established favourite on the Dunmow calendar, this year supporting the Helen Rollason cancer charity.

For 2023, we aim to grow the event significantly with astute music choices and ambitious marketing.

We have booked two superb quality, nationally acclaimed tribute acts for the evening entertainment, following extensive research: Abba Stars UK and Flash: A Tribute to Queen.  Both will offer a complete show, with superb quality musicians, performers and lighting.

During the afternoon, there will be a selection of carefully chosen bands performing, covering genres from R&B through rockabilly and soul to pop!  Aside from the music, we’ll have plenty of local food and drink suppliers.

Our festival is run by a committee of hard-working volunteers.  We are seeking financial support from local businesses to help us with covering some of the costs of putting on the event and making it a success.  In return, we are offering a range of sponsorship packages which are detailed below.
